Jessi joined our team in 2012 and has been a vital part of Premier ever since! She graduated from The Animal Behavior College and brought with her years of experience through training friend’s dogs as well as her own. She has owned shelter dogs her entire life, and therefore has experience dealing with some of the tougher training issues such as separation anxiety, under-socialization, and working with older dogs with no prior early training. Her wide array of training experience and knowledge filter into her loving bonds she creates between her and the dogs, which is the main reason for her success as a trainer!
James joined our team in 2020 gaining valuable experience working in our kennel. Between his compassion for dogs and hard work ethic he quickly joined our training department where he was able to apply his skill of connecting with dogs and getting them to want to work! He has two little boys at home along with two dogs named Moo and Cheech.
Cam joined the Premier Team in May 2022 and quickly started transitioning to dog training due to the clear passion and understanding they displayed for dog behavior during their time as a kennel technician. They approach each training session with a fresh set of eyes, looking to learn as much from the dogs as they do them. Having owned, cared for, and fostered many dogs of various sizes and breeds, from Chihuahuas to German Shepherds, they have always had a fondness for building strong connections with each and every dog.
Jahcarre may be a newer trainer to the Premier family but he brings years of valuable experience which has only helped make our team even better! He has been around dogs his entire life and has owned English Bulldogs, Boxers, Huskies, and Pits.
He got started in his career as a dog walker and quickly realized he wanted to train. He started training for a larger company teaching training classes specializing in positive training methods which helped him realize the importance of motivation in training. From there he branched out and learned more balanced methods.
After joining our team he was able to fine tune all of the skills he’s accumulated over the years to produce consistent results. Every dog he trains is excited to learn and his love for training shows through how well the dogs do.
Marcos has been part of the Premier family since 2021. He started as a member of our kennel staff and soon worked his way up to management. He has years of experience and knowledge handling and caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. He has an amazing knack for reading dog behavior, and forms incredibly strong bonds with each and every dog he works with. Even though he is the newest member of our training team, he certainly isn’t new to dog training!
